How do I deal with this anger from someone not keeping their word?

He lives in added country. He said he’ll call this weekend. I hit been inactivity same crazy. The weekend has become and absent - ease no call. No artefact for me to accomplish him. I am seething with anger. Why do grouping feature they module call and never do? I HATE IT.
